  2. Making time for exercise . • Every one should make time for exercise . If it is possible try and do it in the morning before you go to work or school . • But if you don’t have time to do it in the morning try and do it straight after school or work try and have a healthy snack before you exercise after school for instance have a apple or a banana . • Do your work out session before home work because after doing home work you will not wont do it . So do your exercise before you do your home work .

  3. Changing your exercise . • When you start to do physical activity you need to change what you do each day . • If you don’t change what your doing you will get tired of doing it to easily . . Do something you enjoy doing don’t do an exercise you hate .

  4. How to plan to do exercises . • When you chose what exercising you do do some activity you fell like doing that day . • Don’t plan a week of physical activity's do what you feel like doing on the day .

  5. What exercises to do . • Do something that targets the area you wont to change if you wont to tone your stomach up do some push ups and side stands . • If you wont to focus on your arms do some weights or some arm extensions . • Do some jogging or walking to target your thigh or do some plyometric squats or some outer or inner thigh kick .
