Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) • Organisation details/potential conflicts of interest • Staff and TUPE (if applicable) - Capability • Public Contract regulation 2006 (SI 2006 No.5) Part 4, Paragraph 23 (see pack) • Experience and Geography • Financial • Insurance or would obtain • Policies • IT • Contracting history/references • SAVE only you can see – PUBLISH for submission -before closing date/time • PCT will evaluate and invite best scoring providers (could be all) to tender • Those not selected to tender should be offered an opportunity for a de-brief

The Tender • Covering letter • May include evaluation criteria or this will be elsewhere in the documentation • Appropriate NHS Standard T&C and any supplementary • Specification and supporting information/documents • Could be template documents for your proposal and pricing response • Form of offer – agreeing to Terms & Condition • Freedom of Information – declaration • SAVE only you can see – PUBLISH for submission - before closing date/time • PCT will evaluate and……..

Post offer evaluation • Could • Award and offer unsuccessful bidders de-brief • Invite some/all bidders to interviews > award and >de-brief • Site visits > invite some/all bidders to interviews > award and > de-brief. • Not award • Initial award would be made pending 10 day ‘cooling off’ period where unsuccessful bidders are offered opportunity for de-brief • Publish formal award/not award decision on supply2health plus other media if applicable
