INTRODUCTION : La société NAFTAL filiale à 100% de SONATRACH, est chargée de la distribution et de la commercialisation des produits pétroliers à l’échelle nationale, elle assure ainsi, une mission de service public. Afin de pouvoir exécuter cette mission, elle dispose d’installations et notamment, d’un réseau de stations service d’où l’importance stratégique de la station service qu’il faut préserver et développer.
