Tape Pipe Cleaner Air Heads 3. Wrap the paper to form a cylinder. • 4. Tape a 6” pipe cleaner to the head. This will be the neck. 5. Wind the pipe cleaner around a pencil to make a neck. www.build-it-yourself.com
