  3. Medical Image Resource Center • 北美放射線醫學會(RSNA)在 2004 年會中大力推廣的工作項目 • 北美放射線醫學會集眾人之智，繼 DICOM 後推出MIRC希望能為醫院營造一個標準的研究與教學數位環境。

  4. 名詞解釋 • RSNA - Radiological Society of North America • DICOM - Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine • IHE - Integrating Healthcare Enterprise • MIRC – Medical Image Resource Center • RIS – Radiology Information System • PACS - Picture Archiving and Communication Systems • XML- eXtensible Makeup Language (描述結構化資料標示語言的語言,助於伺服器，瀏覽器，以及應用程式之間的資料傳輸) • Object-Oriented Technique，OOP - 將資料抽象化(Data Abstraction)、封裝、繼承與同名異式的觀念融入於物件系統開發中。 • MIME格式的文件 - Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions • DICOM DIR – 符合DICOM patr 10 可攜式媒體交換格式之數位醫學影像 • Zip – 壓縮

  9. Why MIRC? • MIRC 教學檔格式部份: • XML 核心: • MIRC 的核心是以 XML 為文件格式的教學檔(DICOMDIR like)。 • 物件(object)觀念: • 不同於以往教學檔資料庫之設計, 以 MIRC format 為格式之教學檔擁有真正之教學檔物件(object)，截然不同於以往一筆教學資料只是資料庫中的一筆紀錄( record) 觀念 • 支援各(MIME)類型檔案物件: • 是以 XML格式的檔案為中心, 加入所有可能之多用途網際郵件擴充協定(MIME)類型檔案物件，如 PowerPoint, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF 等

  11. Why MIRC? • MIRC之檔案交換部份: • 是真正物件導向設計, 所以可以很容易形成可攜式之教學檔( portable teaching File) • 方便開啟外來之 MIRC format 教學檔，加以編輯後再轉存入自己習用之MIRC 伺服器中。 • 備份或整批移轉簡單 • 執行MIRC 所提供之重新索引功能即可重新接受使用者進行查詢 • 此一精神與數位醫學影像標準中之DICOMDIR 使用模式極為類似。 • 具有權限管理

  12. MIRC 權限管理 • MIRC 將所有的登入名稱( username) 依不同服務( 瀏覽、編輯、輸出、刪除) 有不同之角( role)扮演 • Owner element • Read element • Update element • Export element • 角色(role): • Public無須登入 MIRC 即可瀏覽該教學檔 • Private只提供特定之登入使用者使用該教學檔 • Restricted只提供給檔案擁有者( owner)或具有系統行政管理權限( admin)之使用者瀏覽之用。

  14. MIRC 匿名作業 • All DICOM Tags • 病患姓名、性別、生日、病例號、檢查序號、檢查日期 • 類別設定 • Public所有與隱私相關之 tags 都該移除或做特殊匿名處理。 • 臨床試驗必須具備能回溯功能,以讓研究者可以在必要時追溯真正之病患身分

MIRC 輸入模板 • 影像傳管系統的工作站選擇影像後向 MIRC 伺服器做輸入動作， • JPEG, PNG, GIF 等) 用MIRC在權限控管下所提供之圖櫃 ( File Cabinet ) 儲蓄功能，將圖檔先上傳之圖櫃中，再利用MIRC 所提供的編輯服務與八種編輯輸入模板，完成具不同模板與網頁展示內容的教學檔. • PowerPoint 檔案轉檔成為 MIRC Format 之教學檔格式，再利用 MIRC 所提供的上傳服務將教學檔上傳。 • 來自影像工作站之DICOM 影像，使用者可以依需要加上註解或標記後, 再轉檔成具 MIRC 格式之教學檔, 然後利用前述MIRC 所提供之上傳服務做為媒介, 將教學檔壓縮成 ZIP 格式透過網路直接上傳。(RadPixPowerpoinMIRC)
