We Aspire for… The progress under the initiative has instilled some inspiration and confidence among the officials, elected officials, non officials and more so among the common mass for realization and translation of the vision as envisaged under the Action Plan of Lab-2-Land initiative for inclusive development of the rural poor and knowledge and innovation community in the days to come. This endeavour is an ideal platform for co-ordination & co-operation among various stakeholder departments, aiming at convergence of resources & manpower in the effective planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision of various programs under the able guidance of elected officials, non-officials and more so over common mass for whom all these programs have been designed.

  16. Independence must begin at the bottom. Thus, every village will be a republic or Panchayat having full powers. It follows, therefore, that every village has to be self-sustained and capable of managing its affairs…. ….. We are unleashing or attempting to unleash the greatest latent powers of the people by giving an authority to Panchayati Raj.
