Ordinances • Ordinance (2nd & 3rd readings) - providing for the closure of a portion of Schriver's Alley in the area of Springdale Street with adjacent parcels being deed to B/Burn Trucking, Inc. and Stanton R. Sheetz • Ordinance (2nd & 3rd readings) - authorizing conveyance of a non-critical portion of property located in the Cumberland-Ridgeley Flood Control Project to George R. and Sandra K. Dixon to resolve an encroachment issue, for the sum of $500.00

Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order authorizing the execution of a Grant Agreement between the MD Heritage Areas Authority and the City, in cooperation with the CPPDA and the National Park Service, for the project entitled "2012 Management Grant Update" to provide a comprehensive update to the existing Canal Place Heritage Area Management Plan and certain sub projects. Grant funding will be provided in an amount not to exceed $100,000 with a cash contribution of $75,000 from the City partnership, to include funding from ARC ($40,000), National Park Service ($20,000), Canal Place PDA ($5,000) and DDC ($10.039.90).

Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order recommending that the Evitts Creek Water Company execute a Road Right-of-Way Agreement with the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to allow for the use of certain land owned by the Evitts Creek Water Company to access adjacent land owned by the PA DCNR for the management and protection of state forest land.

  10. Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to accept a grant from the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration, disbursed by the Allegany County Health Department, in the amount of $5,000 for police overtime directed towards the enforcement of underage drinking laws.
