  21. 정치-Policy 친 서민 정책 [People Friendly Policy] • 지난 10년간 경제가 성장 했지만 서민들이 체감(feel)하기에는 일러. • 이대통령은 “경제 성장을 통해 양극화의 간극(gap)을 줄여나가야 하면 지금은 그런 선순환(positive cycle)을 위한 시작 단계에 들어섰다”며 ”대기업들이 일자리 창출과 투자, 중소기업과의 상생(coexistence) 문제에 좀 더 적극적으로 관심을 가져야 한다”고 하였다.

  23. 친서민과 대기업/중소기업 상생(coexistence) 기조에 맞추는 방안 마련, 상당 부분 검토가 끝난 사안들까지 되돌리는 작업 벌어짐 • ‘비즈니스 프렌들리’에서 방향 바꿔; 근본철학이 바뀌고 있나 • "친서민 세제지원책으로 뭘 내놔야 할지 모르겠네요. 서민들의 기대가 큰데 자칫 내용 없는 것만 내놨다고 질책을 받을까 두렵습니다." - 기획재정부, 세제지원방안 담당 공무원 예: 한국전력 2분기 영업손실이 1조2587억원으로 사상 최대를 기록하는 등 전기료 누적 적자가 커지고 있지만 정부는 2%대의 최소 인상률을 택해. 2% 인상률로는 당초 정부 계획과 달리 원가 보전도 힘들지만 그나마 인상된 전기요금도 저소득층에겐 할인혜택을 주기로 함. 친서민 정책을 위해 정부가 무리하는 건 아닐까?

  25. 인터넷실명제 • 2004년 3월 12일 개정 공포된 ‘공직선거 및 선거부정방지법’에 규정된 개념 • 인터넷 언론사의 게시판에 선거에 관한 의견을 게시할 때 의견 게시자가 기입하는 성명과 주민등록번호의 일치 여부 확인 후 의견 게시 허용 • 제 17대 국회의원총선거에 대비해 익명(anonymous)성을 악용해 인터넷에서 불법 선거운동을 하지 못하도록 하는 게 주 목적 • 2008년 방송통신위원회 인터넷 실명제 확대 방침 밝혀

  26. 인터넷 실명제 확대 후 개인정보관리의 부담은 언론사-포털-인터넷업체들이 떠안고 있음 • 국민 절반 가량의 개인정보가 해킹-유출되는 일들이 반복되고 있으며해외로 유출된 주민등록번호는 인터넷상에서 악용-거래되는 상황

Drawbacks of Restoration of 4 Major Rivers • 개발하는 4대강 본류는 홍수피해가 적다. 오히려 지류에서 심한 홍수피해가 일어난다. • Destroying natural ecosystem • Vitalizing the local economyis the main intent; however, the corporations involved in the project are established near the capital. • Thus, even if the project is done, a great number of workers would nevertheless suffer unemployment since the problem is more severe outside of the capital
