  5. Key question • First the topic has to be defined • This is how we can taper the categories of target group of BL

  6. How to reach target groups? • Difficult to let students understand the efficency of BL • Should start at early age at primary school

  7. Possible future target groups BLearly age • Competency based learning has to be considered • Competency based learning from very early age • Class room learning together with blended learning • BL promotion against e-learning

  8. Back to work with BL in adult education • BL for mothers back to work • BL for migrants, multicultural groups for language courses • BL for disabled • BL for those who left labour market for long time
