  2. Existing Govt. Payment Process DDOs 1 The DDOs approach to Treasury Office for Payment of their Bills CTO/STO/TO at District Head Quarter authorise the Bills and issue Govt. Cheques which are delivered to DDOs for presenting to the Bank for Payments to Beneficiaries CTO/STO/TO (Treasury Office) 2 Receives the cheque & CD/List/Cr Vrs from DDO. Debits Govt account and Credits in employees/ Pensioners/vendors account or Files are uploaded Branch 3

Our CINB Platforma Solution for e-Payments (contd.) • Secured and encrypted transactions • All transactions have Dual authorization level • Bulk file upload facility for electronic payments across any Bank (SBI, Associate, RTGS, NEFT) • MIS : Available to Up-loader & Authorizer both • e-Governance

  6. ACTION PLAN OF UP GOVT. UP Govt. accepted our solution of e-Payment through CINB Model and issued GO as under • Pilot Launch at Barabanki for Salary/Pension Payments on 01/06/2012 • Covering 6 Districts of Lucknow Commissionerate for all type of Govt. Payments w.e.f. 01/07/2012 • Final Launch for all Govt. Payments in the entire UP State (by the Chief Minister) on 01/10/2012

  7. Process/Work Flow • A Corporate ID for UP Govt. has already been created at Govt. Buss. Br LKO on request of Govt. • UP State Govt a/c will be opened at District HQ Treasury Linked Brs. • CINB will be issued against this a/c to the CTO/STO/ TO as Administrator of the A/C by DHQ Brs. • ID/Password will be issued by respective DHQ Brs. to the entire staff of the Treasury and all the DDOs of the Districts as per their role of Uploader, Authoriser, Final Authoriser or Administrator • They will be provided necessary training/Hand holding for doing operations as per their role and regular Support to Govt. contd…

Process/Work Flow (contd.) • They will also be assisted in preparation of Beneficiary/Transaction files of Salary, Pension and Vendor Payments and it’s upload in our System through net banking. • This hand holding to be continued till the Project is stabilized • Rejected Transactions also need to be reconciled and put to correct accounts on daily basis to put the system on rail and avoid any embarrassment • Progress to be monitored initially on daily basis • The DGMs (B&O) have been designated Nodal Officer of the Project in the Module

Our Action Plan • Project has been launched at Barabanki and implemented at 6 Districts of Lucknow also successfully as per schedule • For preparing/supporting/implementation of the Project in remaining 65 Districts, Team of 3 Project Officers has been built in every Module • They will be trained and deployed w.e.f. 14/07/2012 • Module Team will be responsible for hassle free implementation and Hand-holding of the Project in their Module • This Team will also look into reconciliation issues on daily basis and resolve the same

  10. Benefits of the Project • Approx 25 lacs Govt. Cheques tendered on our counters every year will be ceased • Branches will become free from posting of transactions or uploading Salary/Pension files • Prevention of Frauds • Savings of Paper (Go green) • Real time Payments/Credits in Beneficiaries a/cs • Instant SMS and Customer Delight
