  1. Westchester Campus

  2. Why Should PCC go Multi-site? Success rate DNA Fits our mission Good stewardship of financial resources Good stewardship of people resources Existing base of people to come Existing base of people to invite Proven Model. Lifechurch. Granger. NCC. Seacoast. New Spring Frees up seats

  3. Why at Westchester? Prime location. Premium facility. Serious future population growth in target areas. Not too close, not too far for first site. We have folks coming from the east already.

  4. Why Now? A growing body of excitement in our leadership. A Limited Opportunity on a unique location. Absolute dependency on God. I don’t really fully know, but we will.

  5. What will it look like? One Church, two locations. Unity in core values, membership and membership processes, finances. Services will be identical. Teaching will be simulcast. Music will be live. Not ‘us vs. them’.

  6. How will it change our existing campus? People on the fringe will step up. Demographics may shift. Operationally. Structurally. Staffing. First second site, but not the last.

  7. Target Audience:The Mission of PCC is to reach those who have been untouched or unaffected by traditional churches and guide them to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

  8. Target Audience: 1 Corinthians 9:19-23 (NIV) 19 Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. 20 To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. 21 To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God's law but am under Christ's law), so as to win those not having the law. 22 To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. 23 I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.
