NETWORK RESOURCES • The largest CDMA network in the world • There are more than 310 MSCs, 720 BSCs, 200,000 Cell sites covering more than 300 cities in more than 31 provinces all over the country. • There are more than 150 HLRs , 60 TMSCs , 20 HSTPs, 70 SCPs, 3 international Toll Switching Centers, 2 international SCCPs, providing domestic and international roaming and inter-working service，such as voice, SMS and data service for all China Unicom’s subscribers involving inbound subscribers.

Difficulties in business • The roaming revenue percentage is limited - the roamer sum increased rate is too low; • TDS maintenance is a big challenge for our NMS department; • How to identify problems before customers complain; • Network compatibility needs improvement; • Part of service not launched in some partners network; • Trouble resolution process needs improvement; • Different culture and workflow, hopefully we can tighten mutual understanding and build a better relationship with each other.
