  6. CHSC ADMISSION STANDARDS Highlights • Minimum of FIVE years of work experience in occupational health and safety within the past SEVEN years • Responsibilities greater than 50% in OHS

CHSC ADMISSION STANDARDS Successfully complete EITHER: • A one-year college/university certificate/diploma program in occupational health, safety or environment (Minimum of 300 instruction hours); or • A two-year college/university non-occupational health, safety or environment certificate/diploma program (Minimum 600 instruction hours)

CHSC ADMISSION STANDARDS • Complete SIX courses to be eligible for designation • Current Programs Available: • Applied Risk Communication • Consulting Skills for the OH&S Professional • Obligations and Liabilities of the OH&S Professional • Measurement and Evaluation in OHS Managed Systems • Leadership Development for OHSE Professionals • Project Management for the Health & Safety Professional • Risk Management for the OHSE Professional
