  1. Managing documents within various users in an Organization was a hassle. Not anymore. Our Document management System helps you to manage documents easily.

  2. Our Solution: Document Management System Web application that manages documents within your Organization.

  3. User Roles • Application allows • Admin - can manage the whole Document Management System. Manage users and departments in an organization.

  4. Super User - Owns or manages a department. Should be able to control documents uploaded within a department.

  5. Guest User - Can download documents based on permission. Can access departments if they are assigned.

  6. Version Control • Documents can be uploaded by Admin and Super users. • Modified documents can be uploaded with different Version control numbers.

  7. Notes can be entered for every document upload. • Documents accessibility shall be viewed and managed by admin.

  8. Manage Departments • Departments can be created and users within the department can access all documents. • Users can not access documents uploaded to another departments. • Access rights can be revoked or managed for Department
