Hampel Oil - History • AW Hampel founder; began in fuel business in 1946 in Wichita, Ks • Incorporated in 1976 • From 1976 – present: 10 acquisitions • 2005 purchased Chem Service • Since then modern facilities have been built from the ground up: • Sayre, Ok • Cresson, TX, Monahan, TX • Searcy, AR • Hondo, TX • Alva, OK, • Marshall, TX (land acquired)

Hampel Oil - Current Status • Owned and operated by four 2nd generation brothers • Ten 3rd gens employed w/business continuity plan in place • 35 + years in business • Approximately 165 employees • Fourteen locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas and Kansas • Annual sales • 45 – 55 million gallons of fuel • 5 million gallons of lubricants • Growth rate of approximately 10% per year
