The Illegal Mineral Mining Scam Is A False Claim -VV Mineral

VV Minerals India is continually fighting the battle to prove their innocence. Other than stating the obvious reasons that acquit them from the alleged scam; Vaikundarajan and VV Minerals now need to be conservative about what is being said about them in the media by and large. Thus, they begin with bringing to notice the absolute absurdity of the scam amount which is pegged at Rs. 96,000 crore as of now.

  2. Sand mining baron Vaikundarajan and his brain child VV Minerals India were brought under the legal and media radar when a collector claimed that they are involved in illegal heavy mineral mining. http://vvmineralblog.wordpress.com

  3. The collector’s claims were based on the fact that he was refused to access to certain parts of the VV Mineral India’s premise. However, the company was within its legal limits in refusing entry since the collector in question did not bring a legitimate search warrant along. http://vvmineral.wordpress.com

  4. After which with little delay a big blow out of an alleged sand mining scam has been doing the rumour rounds. VV Minerals remains constantly positive that this is an effort in maligning their success by rivals. http://vvmineralmining.wordpress.com

  5. To prove their point better, Vaikundarajan, Chairman, VV Mineral says, “To make a scam worth as much as Rs. 96,000 crore will require more than just one private mining company to be involved.” http://vvmineral-mining.blogspot.in

  6. He goes on to add that from the start all reports read ‘VV Minerals India and other mining companies’. However, not a single report has bothered to mention these “other” companies. http://vvmineralmining.blogspot.in

  7. The government slapped VV Minerals India with an allegation of illegal exporters of thorium. However, the AERB cleared them from this claim as they do not have the machinery and resources to do that. http://vvmineralmining.wordpress.com

  8. When all else failed the probe was directed towards their environmental policies and storage and disposal processes. However, the committee which is looking into the alleged scam has missed the point.
