  2. 簡介 ARPA最初由ICCB對TCP/IP協定進行研究 ICCB Internet Configuration Control Board (網際網路組態控制委員會) 1983年正式將TCP/IP架構納入Internet架構中 1983年對ICCB進行重整，成立IAB IAB Internet Architecture Board (網際網路架構委員會) 目前網路上許多的協定都是透過IAB所制定 IAB下分有兩個機構 IETF與IRTF

  3. IETF & IRTF IETF Internet Engineering Task Force；網際網路工程業務策進會 負責短中期課題的解決 協定透過RFC (Request for Comment；評議請求) 提到IETF 進行發表制定 IRTF Internet Research Task Force；網際網路工程研究策進會 負責長期、理論或偏未來發展的研究
