Officer Responsibilities Secretary Treasurer Present 2 lectures Keep minutes for each meeting Keep attendance record for meetings/events Prepare the agenda for the meetings Notify members of meetings/events. Present 2 lectures Collect Dues Keep an accurate record of SNHS finances Work with the secretary to maintain a current roster of members and service hours completed.
