FAST Primary Responsibilities • FAST is a cost plus fixed fee contract that enables us to meet the fleets needs “quickly” • Delivery Order/Technical Directive Letter Driven • Primary Mission “Ghost Buster” for Navy • NAVSUP 04/USFFC makes available to provide a wide range of supply/financial/automated logistics support and training to ashore, afloat, and deployed Navy and Marine Corps customers and Expeditionary Supply Departments • Quarterly Customer Service Rating – 96.8%, 4.84 on scale of 1-5 • FAST CONTRACT MANAGEMENT • O&M & NWCF Dollars • CEILING • $190M for life of contract • LEVEL of EFFORT • 4,043,703 labor hours • POP • 1 January 2010 – 31 December 2014
