  1. 5 Most Common Types of Hair Extensions Today, several types of extensions and extension methods are in practice so that all typeof hair get best possible hair extension service for ladies who want to enhance their beauty. Hair extensions are basically made from two types of material which are natural and synthetic hair. Five common types of hair extensions which you need to know about are- Clip-in extensions If you need to give your hair a new look for a function or a party, apply clip in extensions and you are all set. Clip-in hair extensions are the most temporary type of extensions. A good thing about these clip-in extions is that they can be placed anywhere on the head. They are also available in all types of styles, colors, and textures. Clip-in extions are best if you want to wear them on your head for a short period of time. Tape-in extensions Tape-in extensions are one of the most common extensions widely used these days. These tapes of hair are glued to either side of your natural hair using heat. They don't take too long to be installed and also don't require any visits to a salon for adjustment. Tape-in extensions can easily last for several months with proper care. Micro link extensions

  2. Micro-link Extensions are also known by the name of micro-bead extensions. They usually last for a few months because they are applied to the natural hair, as well as finished using a metal bead. Micro link extensions are looped through your natural hair, which will let you move the beads up and down to a certain extent if you want. To prevent the beads from slipping, make sure to not use conditioner near the beads. It is important to note that silicon beads don't need any heat or glue but if the beads are made of metal, they need heat to set up. Fusion extensions It is the most expensive hair extension procedure and requires almost no maintenance. In this procedure, extensions are bonded to the hair using adhesives like keratin and glue. Among both of them, Keratin is widely used these days. A hot tool is used to fuse a keratin tip with each strand of natural hair. This whole procedure takes several hours. Once you are done, your extensions are set for four to five months. Fusion extensions can last even longer If you take proper care and your hair grow very quickly. Weft extensions There are two types of weft extensions available today, machine weft and hand weft; hand weft extensions are closer to the head whereas machine weft extensions are stitched closer to the tip of the hair Anyone can get weft extensions regardless of their hair type, but if you have weak hair, they wouldn't be able to handle the stitching so you should go for another method.
