Introduction background

Introduction/Background

I have been coaching children for the past 25 years and have found that children are under so much pressure from parents that they cannot and will not perform at their best.

Most parents are unaware of the damage they are causing, which in most instances is due to their love for their child and the passion for success.

This damage is easily avoidable and corrected by using the correct communication channels. The PPS coaching programme offers this communication channel through a basic course of 6 Sessions.

Symptoms

Symptoms

  • Performance deteriorates {Loss of Form}

  • Child does not want to discuss his sport with parents

  • Child not wanting to attend practices or games

  • Stress, Irritability and tiredness

  • Changing sporting code or giving UP

  • Rebelling against parents

  • Body language

Programme outline

Programme Outline

This is an emotional, mental and communication coaching programme to assist parents and children in understanding the complexities of communicating and supporting one another.

The third party medium allows the parents to get the correct support structures into place to allow the child to play his sport at the highest level and really enjoy what he is doing. Remember no athlete can perform at his sport if he does not enjoy himself!
