  2. Requirements • In order to reserve a space on DePaul property you must be a recognized or registered organization with the Office of Student Life. • Student Centers does and will check Demon Direct to make sure you are current for the academic year.

  3. Who do you Reserve Space With? • Student Centers • Lincoln Park • Student Center • Cortelyou Commons • Munroe Hall • Quad • Conference Services • Loop • DePaul Center 8th Floor  • DePaul Center 11th Floor • Lewis Center Room 1403 & 1411 • CDM Suite 228

How do I Reserve Space • Step 1 • Be registered with The Office of Student Life • Step 2 • View EMS PowerPoint • http://studentcenter.depaul.edu/VirtualEMSenterprise/ • Step 3 • Take On-line Quiz • Step 4 • Account Created • Can take up to 48 to be created. • Step 5 • Pass the password during transition.

Other Areas to Reserve Space With? • To reserve an academic building at Lincoln Park • Fill out form: http://lascollege.depaul.edu/rooms/Default.aspx • To reserve PC classrooms and labs • Fill out form: http://is.depaul.edu/computers/technology/room.asp • No special events, meetings, or other non-course gatherings will be assigned rooms until two weeks after the start of the relevant quarter. The only exceptions to this rule are requests for weeknights after 9p.m. and Sundays anytime. • DePaul courses are given priority for all rooms.

A few of the benefits that Ray Meyers provides is the ability to rent a facility, rent equipment, get involved in numerous athletic programs, etc. Please visit their website to learn more.

  8. Change of Officer • If your organization has a change of officers to reserve space, please email Student Centers at studentcenters@depaul.edu with the new name and email address of the student reserving space.
