  1. Pecos Bill Rides a Tornado By AmarantaHernandez

  2. The Beginning • He helped his parents pack the furniture. • When Bill was four years old his family moved out west. • Bill caught a big fish in the Pecos River • The fish pulled him far away from his family and he was adopted by coyotes.

  3. In The Middle • Bill lived along with the coyote for 15 years. • Curly Joe , the cowboy , finds Bill and tells him that he is a kid not a coyote. • He gets the name Pecos Bill and he is so tough that even a rattlesnake cannot hurt him. • Curly Joe, Bill and the snake find a group of outlaws.

  4. The End • Pecos Bill lassoed the hats off of the outlaws, the embers out of the fire , and the horns off a toad. • Bill met Widow-Maker , the wild horse, and he tamed her in 3 days and 3 nights. • A tornado came and took all of Bill’s friends . • Bill lassoed the tornado and hung on for dear life .

  5. The End continued • He climbed to the top of the tornado and rode it like a wild bronco. • Bill kicked the tornado into the desert and then lassoed himself a rainbow. • Pecos bill was the best cowboy ever!

  6. My Favorite Exaggerations • Bill was as strong as three bulls. • Bill rode a tornado. • He caught a fish as big as New England.
