Description of Position: - Prepare detail of intercompany transactions/charges that will be billed out to other intercompany agencies in the current month -Submit to billing group to enter in the system and to generate invoice -Correspond with intercompany agencies to identify and resolve variances, and address issues that can be resolved in the current month -Provide explanations on the variances between Corporate & other various intercompany agencies -Update ALL intercompany Statements, and submit for approval -Submit approved intercompany statements to respective intercompany contacts -Provide direction to ensure cash receipts and payments for the entity are applied by the A/R team by the 1st day of following month. Facilitate research and inquiry to resolve payment issues -Identify necessary explanations, and related G/L entries, if appropriate. -Verify that the amounts invoiced are correct, and send invoices out to respective intercompany contactsLevelof education required: • Work Experience needed: -Experience in the area • Required skills/knowledge: -Strong interpersonal skills, with a “can-do” attitude and ability to work well within a team environment -Strong Accounting skills and knowledge -Strong attention to detail with ability to recommend process improvements and immediately add value to the organization -Self-starter, with a strong interpersonal style, and ability to lead and motivate others to achieve their potential; excellent “soft-skills” required -Accounting/Business degree preferred, Intercompany Accounting experience a plus Parker + Lynch

Description of Position: -Explaining Central Payments bundled credit card processing and digital marketing/loyalty program services in simple, effective and persuasive terms -Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with business owners in your area, starting with small to medium-size businesses and working your way up to larger businesses -Collaborating with a Sales Director to prepare and present competitive sales proposals -Providing first-time customers with a free new programmed credit card terminal and helping to reprogram existing terminals -Working closely with Central Payment colleagues in Customer Service, Underwriting, Technical Support, Web Development and other departments to meet your sales goals • Level of education required: -High school degree required; college degree or some college a plus • Work Experience needed: -Experience with sales, business development, managing customer relations and/or companies such as Avon, Mary Kay, Vector/Cutco, etc. a plus • Required skills/knowledge: -Basic computer literacy -Bilingual skills preferred Central Payment
