MoERY EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU Basic monitoring unit is a region • 8 regions, centres are: Braila, Iasi, Brasov, Timisoara, Targoviste, Cluj,Craiova, Bucharest • a regional consortia RC in each region - a basic actor doing the monitoring and assessment • For the LEAPs local educational action plans the basic unit is a county. MoERY EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU • The Regional Consortia are advisory management bodies of the Regional Development Councils for the following fields: technical and vocational education, employment and HR development. • Each Regional Consortium acts as an interface between the Regional Development Council (CDR) and institutions at county level with prerogatives for HR development. MoERY EUROPEAN UNION PROJECT financed under Phare NCDTVET-PIU RC secretary and local expert • A contact person of RC is a secretary, who has the decisive role. • S/he is in responsible for collecting the data to the database and coordinating the monitoring. • In PHARE06 project the TA local expert works together with the RC secretary intensively. • In generally the project is a learning process where TA is delivering this method to regional level.
