The Canadian government offer different pathways via which you can move to Canada on a permanent basis. • But among all, the most sought after program is Express Entry's Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). • This popular immigration pathway to Canada is designed with an aim to attract foreign nationals who have skilled work experience gained outside Canada. Under FSWP, the IRCC select and invite the eligible applicants using highly competitive Points System known as Comprehensive Ranking System.

No matter whether you have a job offer from a Canadian employer or not, you may qualify for FSWP, if you: • Score minimum 67 points out of 100 on FSW points grid • Have minimum 1 year of work experience gained within past 10 years in an occupation listed under NOC (National Occupational Classification) skill level 0, A or B. Also, the experience has to be of full-time paid job, i.e. minimum 30 hours/week or an equal amount of part-time job • Meet minimum level of language proficiency, i.e. CLB 7 For English and NCLC 7 For French
