Our Commitment to You: COMPENSATION 1)Base salary Loan originators earn a fixed weekly base salary calculated on an anticipated 40-hour workweek. 2)Commissions A percent of target revenues are paid as a commission. The commission structure is subject to certain bonuses and adjustments.  Our commissions do NOT have limits! The more you sell, the more you earn!  3)Overtime Overtime compensation is calculated on both base salary and commissions earned. (Overtime must be pre-approved by supervisor or department head.)  All Loan Originators are non-exempt employees and will be paid overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 a week and in accordance with specific state laws.  4)Mileage Reimbursement We reimburse mileage traveled at the current IRS sanctioned rate.  We support our people in their quests for success by offering: • Unlimited income potential • Generous bonus structures • Comprehensive benefits • Medical • Dental • Life & Disability Insurance • 401(k) Plan • Educational Assistance • Paid Vacations/Holidays/Sick Days • And much, much more.
