  3. FORTALECIMIENTO DEL BILINGÜISMO EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS OFICIALES • Objetivo General • Mejorar las competencias en lengua extranjera de los estudiantes de las IEO del Distrito de Cartagena y preservar las lenguas nativas existentes.

FORTALECIMIENTO DEL BILINGÜISMO EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS OFICIALES • Objetivos Específicos • Capacitar a los docentes del Distrito de Cartagena en inglés como lengua extrajera. • Aumentar el nivel de inglés de los docentes de inglés del Distrito de Cartagena. • Diseñar e implementar estrategias pedagógicas adecuadas para el aprendizaje del inglés en las Instituciones Educativas Oficiales. • Fortalecer el proceso formativo de los estudiantes de educación media académica en el inglés como lengua extranjera e incrementar el nivel de inglés en los estudiantes del distrito. • Apoyar a la preservación de lenguas nativas.
