  4. Venue • Lexington Parks Building • Approximately 4000 square feet • Includes: • two bathrooms • a kitchen • a dance floor • trash cans and trash bags • tables and chairs. • A $600 rent and a one-time utilities fee of $150.

  8. Food • Fruit Tray from local grocery store which should cost around $10 serving around 20 to 30, so multiple trays are suggested. Strawberries are highly encouraged to use with the chocolate fountain. • Total allotted for trays is $40. • Crackers and cheese should be purchased. Total costing $30 worth.

  9. Drink • PARTY PUNCH (serves about 20-30) • 2 liters Sprite • 2 1/2 gal. sherbet (lemon, lime & orange) • 1 qt. fruit punch • In order to keep cold students need to borrow a few coolers. The amount of funds allotted for this is $70.
