2. 壹、個案公司簡介 • ABC台灣分公司成立於1978年。 • ABC以電力設備起家，ABC向來與電力相關產品息息相關。 • ABC的自動化設備在台灣產業界扮演的角色越來略吃重。 • 舉例而言，全台百分之七十的鋼鐵廠由ABC的自動化設備所控制，全台灣百分之七十五的工業用紙使用ABC的驅動設備。

7. 組織性元素 (Organizational Elements) • 組織性元素是邏輯性結構，代表組織的IT系統。 • 每個模組均由特殊組織元素所組合，與母公司均在確定的規則下計算。 • 模組之間存在的連結視為整合。

18. 會計科目表(Chart of Accounts):好處(Advantages) • 公司會計資料予以集中化 • 在公司碼層級下，顯示公司特殊資訊(貨幣、語言、變化量等等) • ABC採用SAP系統，其貨幣運用六種計算方式，如後所示。

20. 關鍵概念：調節帳(Reconciliation Accounts) • 目標： • 任何時點均即時調節總帳與明細帳之間的交易資料。 • 明細帳自動過入總分類帳。 • 限制不能手動過帳 • 不會代出借貸明細，系統只會代出餘額，若要查詢交易明細可至主檔資料或交易明細帳查詢。

21. 關鍵概念： GR/IR帳 • GR/IR means ”goods received / invoice received” • 帶給管理者實質好處是稽核截斷點測試(cut off tests) • 此GR/IR帳做法，是ABC過去所沒有的做法；透過GR/IR帳讓ABC在執行暫存區的帳款有所遵循，簡化帳務處理的時間。

27. 文件夾原則(Document principle) ─ABC為例 • 設定唯一(unique)的文件夾號碼 • 每個文件夾標頭(Header)均需： • 一般資訊：日期、號碼、型態、貨幣 • 加(plus)：過帳交易、對象、時效 • 主要屬性：文件夾型態 • Line items至999 • Line items are the single positions on a document • Specific information: posting keys, accounts hit, amount, cost center, project, order, etc. • Main attribute: Posting key
