AnalisisTransaksional (TA) • TA adalahsalahsatupendekatanneo-Freudian. • Perbedaandenganpsikoanalisisklasik: • Penekananpada “transaksi” yang observable. • Problem yang dialamiindividubisadiatasidenganmengubahpolatransaksinya. • Strukturpsikisterdiridari 3 “ego-states” (Parent, Adult, Child) yang terbentukpada masa dini. • Saatinisebagianpraktisi TA menggunakan model yang miripdengan CBT.

  4. AsumsiDasar TA • Individumemilikikapasitasuntukberpikir. • Individudapatmemilihkisahhidupnyasendiri,danpilihaniniselaludapatdiubah. • Individuperlumembebaskandiridarikecenderunganterusmemainkanulangskenario di masa dini (life/childhood script).

  5. Transaction “The unit of social intercourse is called a transaction. If two or more people encounter each other… sooner or later one of them will speak, or give some other indication of acknowledging the presence of the others. This is called transactional stimulus. Another person will then say or do something which is in some way related to the stimulus, and that is called the transactional response.   6. Ego States “a consistent pattern of feeling and experience directly related to a corresponding consistent pattern of behaviour.”

Parent, Adult, Child • Nurturing mode: Mendukungdanmengarahkan • Parent (P): • Menirufigur orang tua • Critical/ controlling mode: Menghakimi, mengontrol, mencari-carikesalahan • Ego States • Adult (A) : • Respons here-and-now. Rasional, bertanggungjawab • Natural mode: Ceria, spontan, kreatif, ekspresif • Child (C): • Mengulangi masa kanak-kanak • Not OK mode: Lemah, memberontak, takbertanggungjawab

  8. SifatTransaksi • Dalamtransaksi interpersonal maupun intrapersonal (inner dialogue), terjaditransaksiantarasatu status ego dengan status ego lainnya. • Sebuahtransaksidapatbersifat: • Reciprocal (komplementer) • Crossed (menyilang) • Duplex / Covert (terselubung)
