  2. You should buy a car between July and October because dealers mark down prices to make room for new models. Don’t wait until your old car is about to go before buying a new one. It generally takes about 2 months to shop, decide and haggle for a car. Dealers almost NEVER sell you the car for the price the advertised, if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Don’t trade in a car you still owe money on, often the dealer does not pay off your auto loan on time, so the bank would still charge YOU the late fees. Before buying a car
