OS ZPTNSDivision of financial means • For the Union’s activities: - Trade union activities - Salaries for the staff - Operational costs - Contributions for the TU Federation and International (CMKOS, UNI)- Newspaper ECHO- Social benefits for members- Insurance of members at sports events • Strike fund – 0.5% of sum sent by local organisations to the Union • Reserve fund

OS ZPTNSSectoral Collective Agreement • Negotiated for 2003-5 with Czech Union of Employers in the Post, Telecommunications and Press Distribution. • Issues dealt with:- employment - labour relations - wages- social issues • Working conditions and occupational health and safety - rights of trade union organizations and members

  15. OS ZPTNSCompany Collective Agreement • Based on Sectoral Collective Agreement, Czech legal instruments and economic conditions of employers • Collective bargaining is done permanently • Remuneration issues and social conditions are renegotiated each year
