Visit your nearest ‘Videocon’ Showroom/’Next’ Showroom to geta new prepaidconnection. • You are required to carry a copy of your latest passportsize photograph, address proof and IDproof. • On purchasing a new Videocon connection, you will be given a Start up kit* that will contain your SIM Card, CustomerApplication form and a booklet giving information pertaining to the services availed. The SUK will also give the base Tariff* availed and the terms & conditions** of the servicesoffered. • Select a plan that suits your requirement. Our ‘V Help’ executivewill • take you through the details of the plan..(Clickhere). • Please fill the Videocon CAF(Customer Application Form) withall the requireddetails.

Paste your passport size photograph on thespace • provided in theCAF. • Please do a self-attestation of all the documents submitted. • Your signature on the CAF should match the signatureon • POA (Proof of Address) and POI (Proof ofIdentity). • Also mention your PAN card number in the space provided. In case you don’t have a PAN card, you are required to sign Form 60/61 (which is a part of theCAF). • Please pay for the plan you haveselected. • Your Videocon Number will be activated within next4 workinghours.
