  16. PRACTICA ! • Tiempo de tromboplastina parcial activada. • En tubo: Reactivo (37ºC) • Añadir 100 uL de plasma (Incubar ambos 37ºC) • Añardir 100 uL de CaCl2 (Previamente incubado) • Activar cronómetro • Valor de Referencia: 30-45 seg.

  17. PRACTICA ! • Tiempo de Protrombina. • En tubo: Plasma (37ºC) • Añadir 100 uL de Reactivo(Previamente incubado) • Activar cronómetro • Valor de Referencia: 12-14 seg.
