Loyalty Club Highlights • Simple Program - Commit and be rewarded • Quarterly Tracking and Reporting - Store submits report • All Pravana Purchases Qualify • Exclusive to State and RDA • Salon/Stylist chooses free goods – we credit back to distributor • No points to count – just free product to save you money! Up to $1000 annually • Salon/Stylist must enroll in order to receive credit: fill out attached form and email to: Dennis Duncan dduncan@pravana.com • Each quarter, salon purchase totals (with backup report) should be sent to SMassie@saloncentric.comby the 15th of the month following quarter’s end.

Only Two Levels – No Complicated Math! • Spend $1500 quarterly = Receive $100 Credit • Spend $2500 or more quarterly = Receive $250 Credit Credit can be used on Pravana products for back bar, station retail, etc.! Cannot be used on ChromaSilk and VIVIDs Hair Color, or on discounted merchandise. Must be awarded at full salon cost. For the remainder of 2012, every enrolled salon/stylist will be entered to win an Ipad! Drawing will be held in January 2013.

  4. Loyalty Club Guidelines • Salon/Stylist must be enrolled by State/RDA DSC and be called on by a DSC. Must submit an enrollment form to be part of program. Email to dduncan@pravana.com • State/RDA Store must submit quarterly purchases by the 15th of the month following quarter’s end. • Salon/Stylist may opt to use credit toward a class based on our Pravana 50/50 Agreement. • Credits may be accumulated for up to one year. • If a salon fails to meet purchase requirement yet exceeds purchase requirement in following quarter, credit will be given for both quarters. When purchase levels are missed in back to back quarters, salon will be removed from program and will need to re-enroll when purchases are back at qualifying levels. • No purchases made prior to enrollment will be included. • Salon/Stylist must be in good standing with State/RDA. • Salon/Stylist must use Pravana ChromaSilk Hair Color and supporting Pravana Developers.
