  1. Transfers • WcBc is configured for Multiple types of Transfers. • Transfer Full Units • Transfer Partial Units • Transfer Rack to Rack • Multiple Units Transfer Rack to Rack

  2. Transfer – Full Units 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the From Unit Id. This can be any type of Containment. 2) Scan the To Unit Id. This type of Containment is based on the From Unit Id type. For example you cannot transfer a Pallet Id to a Container Id. 3) Scan the To Pallet Id (Optional). This is the pallet that the Unit id will be placed upon. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids and Pallet Ids.

  3. Full Units (Continued) 4) 5) 4) Scan the Location To. This will be defaulted to the Location of the To Unit Id. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 5) The Transaction Accepted with the “IT” number will be displayed for 2 seconds.

  4. Transfer – Partial Unit’s 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the From Unit Id. This can be any type of Containment. 2) Scan the Item from the Product. If the Item was Lot Controlled then the next prompt would be the Lot Number. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 3) Enter the Quantity to Transfer to another Unit Id. Function Keys F2=Calculator F5=Inventory Inquiry ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids and Item numbers.

  5. Partial Units (Continued) 4) 5) 6) 4) Scan the To Unit Id. This type of Containment based on the From Unit Id type. For example you cannot transfer a Pallet Id to a Container Id. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 5) Scan the To Pallet Id (Optional). This is the pallet that the Unit id will be placed upon. Function Keys F5=Inventory Inquiry 6) Scan the Location To.   8. Transfer – Multiple Units Rack to Rack 1) 2) 3) 1) Scan the 1st Unit Id to Transfer. Function Keys F6=Finish 2) Scan the 2nd Unit Id to Transfer. Function Keys F6=Finish 3) Scan the 3rd Unit Id to Transfer. Function Keys F6=Finish ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids.

  9. Multiple Units Rack to Rack 4) 5) 6) 4) Press the F6 key when finished scanning all the Unit Ids. Function Keys F6=Finish 5) Scan the Location To. 6) The Transaction Accepted will display with the number of Units transferred. ¹ See the Rules for Entering/Scanning Unit Ids.
