  4. CadetInvest – Application Information • Application cycle opens 01 Oct thru 31 Dec 2019 • Formerly Scholarship Module now CadetInvest • Cadets can apply for more than one method of financial assistance at a time • Single application in eServices • Scored for objective • Reviewed by panel

Cadet Wings Ideal Candidate Ideal Applicant Prerequisites • Currency of Aircraft Ground Handling (within past 2 years) • Current Student Pilot Certificate • Current FAA Medical Certificate (class III as a minimum if applicable) • Current Solo Endorsement • Completion of Ground School/Instruction in preparation for FAA Airman Knowledge Test • FAA Airman Knowledge Test Report (containing passing score) • Exhibiting the potential for continued CAP service as a Cadet Leader
