Business Thesis • Existing communication providers are confronting the challenges of progressive technologies and application demands while facing enhanced competitive and margin pressures • Emerging technologies such as VOIP or advanced applications are enabling the creation of new companies and/or competitors with service capabilities that demand innovation from existing providers • Many viable companies with strong forward-looking products and existing clients comprise much of the highly fragmented services and solutions support industry • Market and customer dynamics vary by geography. These differences have spawned new companies with attractive, differentiated competencies and products worldwide

Business Focus • Ariston Global is creating an innovative organization through combinations of acquisition, merger and organic growth that will provide advanced enabling tools, services and solutions to communication service providers worldwide • Through discerning integration and collaboration, the Ariston Global group of companies provides the benefits of scale that accompanylarger, complementary and expanding organizations - but without comprising each company’s heritage of individual solution focus and passionate customer orientation • Our goal is to increase cash flow of portfolio companies through product extension, resource sharing, channel strategies, management expertise and communication industry contacts • Create value through increasing scale and scope of Ariston Global companies

Ingenious, simple, and lightweight analytical tools allow providers to gain unprecedented insight into usage trends, leakage and profitability • Hybrid Data Storage … unique architecture for data storage and processing delivers exceptional data volume processing, exponential scalability, and powerful analytical business rule engines • Key partners include Neteeza and Teradata • 10e Solutions is being integrated into Telesciences. A re-branding exercise will be completed during the second quarter ‘08

Interactive Enterprise • Ariston Global acquired Interactive Enterprise in December 2007 • Interactive Enterprise is a leading provider of service provisioning and management solutions for operators – principally in the cable and satellite broadband sectors. Their solutions enable operators to activate and manage the delivery of multi-play traditional and IP services including data, voice, video and wireless • Based in Dublin, Ireland; Interactive has a presence in Singapore as well as EMEA and North America • Key channel partners include Motorola and Comverse • IE and Strata possess complementary products, customers and partners within the cable, wireline and satellite sectors.
