Chaplain Raymond’s Invitation from Texian jural societyto all to attend Webinar on Melvin Stamper’s book “Fruitfroma Poisonous Tree Secrets that were never to be revealed.” Hello, Chaplain Raymond, a jurist in the Texian jural society has asked that I tell you of an important upcoming event in the life of our republic. I am James Di’Leo, your presenter. What is a jural society you might ask? Well, it is living sentient humans working together as a body politic standing for the purpose of administering justice. In the united States of America that body politic is also known as : We THE People. By the way, did you know that “people” is both singular and plural? Accordingly, each of us is a people as well as one of - We THE People.
I will share what Justice James Wilson had to say about you and me as people. Did you know that Supreme Court Justice James Wilson, the first man to be given the honor of taking the Oath of Office in the new constitutional government, declared, in Chisholm v Georgia, 2 U.S. (2 Dall.) 419 (1793), that We THE People are “sovereigns without subjects” and that each of us possess that sovereignty in joint tenancy; i.e., as a tenancy in common which happens where there is a unity of possession. Just a word or two about this founding father that few have heard of:
Did you know that James Wilson, who was born in Scotland and a product of the Scottish enlightenment, a common law lawyer? • Was the deciding vote for the Declaration of Independence? If he had voted “no” under the rules they were convening under there would have been no Declaration of Independence. • Was a participant and, more importantly was a “floor manager” at the convention that drafted the Constitution for the United States? • Was a participant selected by the Pennsylvanians as a delegate to their ratification convention? • At the ratification convention spoke on the record each morning and afternoon for more than a week describing the “whys” and “what fors” for each thing the founding fathers did at the writing of the constitutional? This Pennsylvania document survives today and provides the understanding for statements like “sovereigns without subjects” and “have joint tenancy in the sovereignty.”
Now I can finish adding to your understanding of the American jural society. Did you know that it is such people in Texas, that is, Texians, who are, “sovereigns without subjects” and “have joint tenancy in the sovereignty” that make up the Texas portion of We THE People; therefore also known as the Texian jural society? My reason for talking to you on behalf of the Texian jural society is to make you aware of an upcoming opportunity that, I believe, will improve the quality of the work of the American jural society. Ladies and gentlemen, the Texian jural society is publically indorsing the upcoming webinar by the team of Melvin Stamper, J. D., the author of “Fruitfroma Poisonous Tree - Secrets that were never to be revealed.” The webinar is to be held in 10 one and one-half hour sessions for 200USD per student. Let me ask you a series of questions with the intent of wetting your appetite for learning. • Did you know that in our culture there exists an organic fundamental law that both the people and the constitutional organizations established by them must obey? • Did you know that as we live here now in the United States of America that there are two competing organic law systems? One is the Law of the People and the other is the Law of the Ruler; i.e., Lex Populi and Lex Regia, respectively. • Did you know that because of the existence of the two systems of law we have two sets of Due Process of Law. One set for the people and another set for the ruler.
Did you know that in these two systems of law that the respective Due Processes of Law are unlawful in the other? • Did you know that the under the law of the ruler the “Theory of Guilt” is presumed while under the law of the people the “Theory of Innocence” is presumed? • Did you know that a jury trial is not a trial by jury?
I’ll stop here, but as you can see the processes allowed are dependent upon which system applies to you. It is incumbent upon each of us to understand the differences in these two systems because you will have to choose one or the other. You are at a significant handicap if you do not know the difference. The information in the forthcoming webinar will be a shock to some and an explanation to others. To those that sense that there is a discrepancy between what they were taught and what they are experiencing will become enlightened.
