Select the handsets you

will need for your users

2.

All handsets offer the same facilities from the hosted VoIP solution. The way these facilities are presented will vary though depending on the handset chosen.

The key differences will be whether or not you have:

on hook dialling

Easier to make calls and only pick up the receiver when the person you have called answers

or hands free

Which does what it says on the tin!

Other features will include hot keys or memory buttons where features or commonly dialled No.s can be stored.

Headset choices together with the type and size

of display are other common options.

will need for your users

2.

An important difference with a Hosted VoIP solution is that all of the handsets are IP based so you’ll need to be able to accommodate them on your company network

in the same way you would a desktop computer or printer.

This is something we can advise on and help you reduce the clutter and “cable chaos” in the comms cabinet!

If you need help, we have a range of handsets you can try in our showroom

or to view on line.

internet access you’ll

need to support your users

Internet access is a key factor in the implementation of your hosted solution.

The first consideration is to make sure that you have the correct bandwidthto

accommodate the number of simultaneous

calls you anticipate making.
