Dear abby

Dear Abby,

I am very concerned about my friend Sue. She told me that she smoked weed with her older brother. First of all, what is weed? Is it legal? What are the effects? What should I do if she tries to ask me to try it with her? I am very upset and confused. Please tell me everything I need to know.

Your Friend,

Confused
