  10. Category of TelemarketingCommunication Procedure for Registration • 1. Fully Blocked Category : Stoppage of all Commercial Calls / SMS • Write “START 0” and send SMS to 1909 • 2. Partially Blocked Category: Stoppage of all Commercial Calls / SMS except SMS from seven Preferences • For receiving Messages from Banking / Insurance / Financial / Credit Cards, Write “START 1” and send SMS to 1909 • For receiving Messages from Real Estates – Write “START 2” and send SMS to 1909 • For receiving Messages from Education – Write “START 3” and send SMS to 1909 • For receiving Messages from Health – Write “START 4” and send SMS to 1909 • >Consumer Goods/Automobiles -Write “START 5” and send SMS to 1909 • >Commn./ Broad-casting / Entertainment – • Write “START 6” and send SMS to 1909

Pay-Per-Second • Cards can be used from telephone having no outgoing facility • Access code is 1802425 • Storing / Attaching the 16 digit code and access code 1802425 in mobile contacts is possible, which made this card customer friendly • Store the following with the contact name “UITC”or any other name of your choice in your handset / feature phone • 1802425p1p<16 digit secret code>#<destination number># (p Stands for pause & 3 consecutive pressing of * will insert a pause in Nokia phones).

U-ITC – PINLESS DIALLING FACILITY • PIN less dialing of UITC implemented Procedure to attach / Store • The PIN less dialing is enabled once the customer attaches the PIN by dialing 1288425 • The customer has to dial this number once to register the pin for CLI attachment, each time new UITC is used • After successful registration/ attachment, authentication is automatically done using CLI, and upto 5 CLI can be attached with a pin. But no CLI can attach more than one pin at a time. • The customer can also detach PIN by dialing 1288425 after the available balance is exhausted. • Call conferencing facility also possible by using U-ITC

Text chatting require around 10 MB, So we are able to chat around 100 hours for 1 GB • 1 –email – 10 KB • 1 hr. on line Game – 50 to 100 MB • 1 hr. voice & video chatting – 50 MB to 300 MB • 1 MP-3 Music file – 2 to 5 MB

NMEICT (National Mission on Education through Information & Communication Technology • A Project of Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India • BSNL has to provide .1-GB VPN over Broadband Connectivity to Universities . 512-Kbps Broadband connections to colleges affiliated to any university @ Rs.1125 per annum • Students to share the study materials, library , question papers etc. of different universities, there by we can boost our knowledge resources • Bundled 10 Mbps & 20 Mbps connectivity in optical fiber cable is also coming under this project @ Rs.22500 / Rs.45,000 per annum
