DISTRICT GOALS – per DGE 1 SUPPORT & STRENGTHEN CLUBS Clubs to have min. 20 members in 2 yrs Clubs to improve recruitment & retention e.g. implement 5 in 1 recruitment plan STAR programme for retention Clubs - a leadership succession plan Clubs to adopt the CLP in 2 years District to give special attn to “weak” clubs

  4. EFFECTIVE ROTARY CLUBS – Per DGE 4 PILLARS Sustain & increase membership Implement successful Service Projects Support TRF Develop leaders beyond the club level

  5. Case Study – Worksheet 4 • Group into 5-6. Appoint Scribe. • Read case individually & answer questions (5 min) briefly. • Discuss responses w/ group & Create action plan for case study (15 min) • Scribe records main ideas of plan • Complete retention model of own club District 3310 Assembly 2010/11
