  3. How to Login • To start editing pages, type login at the end of the URL address in a browser:http://coen.boisestate.edu/login (On the new template, the login link is no longer available at the bottom of the page ) • At the login screen, enter your BroncoWeb username and password

Add image or video files by clicking Media link or Add Media button Dashboard Tour To view html code click the Texttab Left-hand side navigation menu is located under Appearance Faculty Staff Directory can be edited by clicking COEN Faculty link Click Publish to save and make the page visible online

New Features Shortcode– An enhanced way to add content, layout, and media elements like slideshows, columns, or videos to posts (beyond default WordPress editing tools) Slides – Used to create Sliders (rotating photos) WP-Tables Reloaded – Located under the Tools tab, Tables Reloaded is an easier way to add tables to your webpage without all the html coding WordPress Documentation – Located under the Appearance tab and Theme Options, Documentation provides an overview of the theme functionality, setup, usage, and more

  6. How to Add a Page Adding a New Page – Under Pages click on Add New for a blank page, similar to word-processing software editing features Add title of page here Page content (text and photos) are added here When you are finished adding content click Publish to save

  7. How to Edit a Page Edit Existing Pages – Under Pages click on All Pages to view all site pages. Click the page, highlight text and start typing to edit Formatting Palette – Use the formatting palette menu to change fonts, format text, or to add links to content Click Preview Changes to review unsaved changes Click Updateto save changes

How to Add Media Adding New Media – Click Media on the left hand side or Add Media (above the formatting palette) To upload an image click Upload Files From the Insert Media window, upload images or browse for a file already saved in the library To browse for an image previously uploaded, select “uploaded to this page” from the drop-down menu options
