  6. With a passion for learning... We firmly believe that the classroom is only a part of learning and development. What happens before the event (set-up) and afterwards (set-down) are equally important. Here are some ways in which we will enhance learning and ‘keep it real’ for those who engage in the process: Set-up • All participants co-deliver or observe a facilitated workshop to get real life experience • We ask participants to describe situations they would like to be able to handle better when facilitating groups, and we work with these situation in the coaching process • Participants carry out a self-assessment which gathers data regarding how they use their facilitation skills, and also defines the ‘gaps’. • Reading and reflecting individually and in groups are an important part of the process • All participants have a “learning contract” with their manager to guide their future development Set-down • The participants co-deliver two to three workshops with an experienced facilitator • They form coaching pairs and networks to provide themselves with more coaching and feedback • They do the self-assessment again, and have a “learning contract” dialogue with their manager • We send photo’s of material, learning concepts created at the event to everyone and provide DVD recordings of group activities for further reflection beyond the workshop • Invite participants to sign up for our newsletter which includes tips and techniques for facilitators

  7. Your investment • 5 days of training/coaching and literature review in a group of 5-7 participants • Co-delivery of 4-5 facilitation workshops • Your investment for this process will be: 42.000 SEK • Some of the workshops that the participants co-facilitate are with us and our clients, some workshop they run internally or with their own/each others clients • All invoices attract VAT at the prevailing rate • Our terms are 30 days • Possible travelling expenses and cost for materials and books charged at cost • The IAF CPF assessment will be charged by the IAF as an additional cost
