  2. Cash Advances will be deactivated in Extensity after March 15, 2010 for new Trip Requests. Advances on existing Trip Requests will continue to pay out 10 days prior to travel until the last Extensity feed occurs March 31, 2010. Cash Advances & Extensity

Cash Advances can be requested on Travel Authorizations for the following Group Travel (Approved by P&T for Athletics and Treasury for all other departments) Extended Trips (Approved by Treasury) Special Requests? Contact Treasury Emergency cash advances for individual travelers can be drawn off their travel card by opening a cash spending limit. “Emergencies” are determined by the department.   4. Campus controllers will review a list of cardholders in their area and identify appropriate MONTHLY CASH LIMITS. Controllers will return the list of cardholders to Eric Smith in Purchasing & Travel. Lists will be compiled and sent to the bank to establish the cash advance limit. Cardholder will receive an email providing instructions on establishing a PIN. How do I open cash on a card?
  5. Cardholder will receive instructions by email. Contact JPMorgan Chase Customer Services Printed on the back of your card: 1-800-270-7760. The following identifiers will be used in automated system. Last 4 digits of BYU ID (Not Social Security #) Mother’s Maiden Name (Young) Date of Birth-Month & Year Cardholder can then establish a 4 digit PIN number of their choice. How do I establish a PIN?
