INTRODUCTION • The word Auto Dialer is a combination of two which means that automatically dial number. • It is an Outbound Dialer used to dial numbers and gather information. • It is software which can be used for dialing thousands of numbers. • Auto-Dialer is used for Customer support and for call centers.
