  6. MHFS 10k for Men 2006 “I thought the race on Sunday was extremely well organised and was thoroughly enjoyable. Being a "veteran" of many 10k races, it was excellent to see a "first time" race going so well. ” David White “Excellent organisation, good course, except for hill at 7/8 K. …Looking forward to next years race that I am sure will be a bigger and even better event.” Jim Pettigrew

  7. MHFS 10k for Men 2006 “The whole event was superbly organised and was very professionally run - in particular the marshals …Do hope that you can continue to run the event…” Ian Tyldesley “It's not before time that we had such an initiative running in Scotland. I thoroughly enjoyed myself on the day and my son who was watching will hopefully gain some inspiration into a better and healthier way of living.” Vic McLaughlin

  8. MHFS 10k for Men 2006 “The run was brilliant… the organisation was superb- the friendliness of the marshals and the atmosphere provided by the pre-race commentary/warm-up helped to settle any pre-race nerves. … The policing and marshalling was first-rate and I hope you are planning another Men’s 10K in 2007 on the strength of the support you have had this year.” Andrew Hardman
