Proposed Ideas

  • An “extension” certification unique to the specialty of professional development

  • Inclusion of professional development experience as part of the requirements for Administration Certification

  • A waiver for teachers who wish to work as members of Network Teams during the four years of RTTT which would allow them to keep their teacher tenure/seniority

  • A new tenure area in the area of professional/staff development
